The reserves had to settle for a 2-2 draw in their final league match of the season at the Rec, but should have secured a victory with the chances that were missed.
The game started with the visitors nearly scoring in the first twenty seconds, luckily for Okeford the attacker miskicked his shot in front of goal. The home side settled down after that early scare and looked bright and up for the match. They took the lead after 25 minutes when Martin Webber met a cross at the far post to head home.
Bere Regis equalised within ten minutes to make the half time score 1-1.
