There is a meeting at Okeford Recreation Ground on Monday 22nd June at 7.30pm to plan for the season ahead.  The committee would be grateful if all players, as well as any new players wishing to join the club, could attend.

Okeford Preseason training begins on Tuesday 15th July at 7pm at Okeford Fitzpaine Recreation Ground.

Training then continues each Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

These training sessions are for both the 1st and reserve teams, with any new players welcome to attend.

Okeford Fitzpaine Recreation Ground has been chosen to host the Dorset Sunday Minor Cup Final on Sunday 15th April.  The match sees the Bakers Arms take on The Railway Hotel FC, with both sides containing several current and former Okeford United players.  Further details can be found by following the link below.

Dorset Sunday Minor Cup

Thank you to all who attended the Bingo on 9^th December and entered the Christmas draw this year.  Both events were a great success, and your support of the club is greatly appreciated.  Winners in the draw, which took place on Saturday 17^th December, will be notified shortly.

Planning is already underway for future events to be held next year, and these will be announced on the website in early 2012.

The Okeford United Christmas Draw will take place on Saturday 17^th December 2011 following the Okeford United Reserves match against Galaxy FC.  The draw is due to take place in the Pavilion at 5pm.  It is not too late to enter, so please come on down to the match on Saturday, or contact a member of the club who will be able to arrange entry for you.

The club is pleased to announce that the Chief Executive of the Dorset County Football Association, Mrs Sue Hough, has agreed to visit the club on Saturday 5^th November to officially open the new pitch barrier that the club has erected.

The 5^th of November sees the first team hosting their nearest rivals, Sturminster Newton United, with kick off at 2pm.
